Motion by Stout Street Fund I, L.P., and Stout Street Funding, LLC, for leave to reargue an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 30, 2014, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated March 1, 2017, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court. Cross motion by Amethyst ALT Asset Fund 2016 to be substituted for the appellant.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied as academic.
