It is Ordered that defendant-appellant's motion which seeks to enlarge the time to perfect its appeal is granted, without opposition. The defendant-appellant shall perfect its appeal by no later than the November 2017 term - the filing deadline for which is September 13, 2017. No further enlargement of time will be granted. In the event of defendant-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, plaintiff-respondent may move, on five days notice, for an order dismissing the appeal.
