Motion by the respondent to dismiss appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 31, 2015, and a judgment of the same court entered October 8, 2015, on the ground that the appellant's replacement appendix is inadequate, or, in the alternative, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeals is granted and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
