| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION ) |
Appeals by Bashiri C.-B. from four orders of the Family Court, Kings County, three dated May 9, 2017, and one dated May 8, 2017. By order to show cause dated May 25, 2017, the parties to the appeals were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals in the above-entitled proceedings on the ground that no appeal lies from orders entered upon the default of the appealing party.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is granted, and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5511).
MASTRO, J.P., BALKIN, ROMAN and LASALLE, JJ., concur.
