Eyvette Walker, Appellant, and Nicole Shan, Plaintiff, v M & T Bank, Respondent.

Motion by plaintiff Nicole Shan to stay enforcement of a default judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered November 25, 2011, pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the same court entered April 20, 2016.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied, as plaintiff Nicole Shan is not aggrieved by the order appealed from, which denied a motion by appellant Eyvette Walker (see CPLR 5511; Rinaldi v Evenflo Co., Inc., 62 AD3d 856 [2009]).
