| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Ruth M. Pollack for leave to renew and reargue her prior motion for reinstatement, which was denied as premature by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 12, 2017. Ms. Pollack was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on October 26, 1983, under the name Ruth Marie Pollack. By opinion and order of this Court dated August 14, 2013, Ms. Pollack was disbarred, effective immediately, based on two charges of professional misconduct (see Matter of Pollack, 110 AD3d 119).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
