Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on December 9, 2015, and an order of the Family Court, Oswego County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on December 29, 2016,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Paul B. Watkins, Esq., dated June 15, 2017, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered April 17, 2017, is hereby amended by deleting the date June 16, 2017, and inserting in its place the date August 16, 2017, and
It is further ORDERED that the appellant shall perfect appeal No. 2 on or before August 16, 2017, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
