| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from an order of the Court of Claims dated March 20, 2016, and a judgment of the same court dated May 10, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief on the appeal from the judgment is enlarged until July 25, 2017, the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic in light of the decision and order on application of this Court dated May 26, 2017, deeming the appeal from the order withdrawn; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
