Appeal by Thomas J. Maliszweski from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated November 2, 2016. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Colleen R. Nugent, Esq., dated July 4, 2017, it is
