Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., respondent,

v Gail Palmore-Archer, appellant, et al., defendants.

(Index No. 9171/12)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Gail Palmore-Archer from a purported order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 18, 2016. By order to show cause dated May 16, 2017, the parties to the appeal were directed to show cause why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 18, 2016, was issued in the above-entitled action.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 2219).

RIVERA, J.P., DILLON, CONNOLLY and IANNACCI, JJ., concur.
