The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Eric S. Turcio, Appellant.

Appeal, by permission, from an order of the District Court of Suffolk County, Suffolk County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, entered September 7, 2016. The order denied appellant's motion to vacate a judgment of conviction entered upon appellant's default in appearance. The judgment of conviction was subsequently vacated.

Now, on the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed as moot.
