Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action and the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated March 23, 2015, and two orders of the same court dated October 13, 2015, and April 11, 2016, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals from the orders are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.8) and prior order of this Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
