| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants-respondents on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 17, 2016, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated April 26, 2017, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 16, 2017, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of the order dated April 26, 2017, upon the perfection of the appeals on or before July 17, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 16, 2017, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "July 17, 2017," and substituting therefor the date "July 31, 2017."
