Harrigan, Esq., sworn to June 29, 2017, and June 30, 2017, the notices of motion and cross motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Nicholas C. Roberts, Esq., dated June 30, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motions are granted on the condition that plaintiffs' and defendant's respondent's briefs are filed and served on or before August 24, 2017, and the Clerk is directed to accept the briefs for filing, and
It is further ORDERED that plaintiffs' and defendant's reply briefs shall be filed and served on or before September 8, 2017.
