| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated December 12, 2016, for leave to reargue the branch of her prior motion which was to stay enforcement of the judgment, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated May 31, 2017. Application by the respondents to impose a sanction upon the appellant. Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents' application is denied without prejudice to making a motion for that relief; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's application is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until September 15, 2017, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
