ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated May 30, 2017, in the above-entitled appeal by Melissa McGinn from an order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated August 16, 2016, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "July 12, 2017," and substituting therefor the date "July 13, 2017."
