On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 20, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered June 2, 2015, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Westchester County, rendered July 21, 2015," and substituting therefor the words "Nassau County, rendered June 2, 2015," and by deleting from the third paragraph thereof the word "Westchester" and substituting therefor the word "Nassau."
