of the aforesaid appeal (M-2208), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of deeming the notice of appeal from the order as a valid notice of appeal from the judgment (CPLR 5520[c]), and enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the November 2017 Term (M-1988).
