Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Kate H. Nepveu, Esq., dated June 20, 2017, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered June 19, 2017, is hereby amended by deleting the date June 30, 2017, and inserting in its place the date July 28, 2017, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered June 19, 2017, is hereby amended by deleting the dated July 28, 2017, and inserting in its place the date August 28, 2017, and
It is further ORDERED that the third ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered June 19, 2017, is hereby amended by deleting the dated August 28, 2017, and inserting in its place the date September 28, 2017.
