Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Jefferson County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on January 13, 2017, and respondent-appellant having moved for an extension of the stay granted by order of the Honorable Brian F. DeJoseph dated January 24, 2017, and extended by order of this Court entered May 17, 2017, and for an extension of time to perfect,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Elizabeth deV. Moeller, Esq., sworn to June 22, 2017, the affidavit of Bradley E. Keem, Esq., sworn to July 7, 2017, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of the stay is granted on condition that the appeals are perfected on or before August 18, 2017, and, if so perfected, the appeals shall be placed on the calendar for the term of Court commencing October 16, 2017, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect is dismissed as unnecessary.
Memorandum: No further extension of the stay will be granted.
