Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for a 60-day enlargement of the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 28, 2017, and March 2, 2017, respectively. Separate application by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the respondent's application is granted to the extent that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 19, 2017, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date, and the respondent's application is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's application is denied as premature.
