On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated July 19, 2017, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following order on application is substituted therefor:
Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time of the appellants to serve and file their respective reply briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 23, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the time of the appellants Medhat E. Allam and Eastern Long Island Surgery, P.C., and the appellant Southhampton Hospital, to serve and file their respective reply briefs is enlarged until July 25, 2017, those reply briefs shall be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied as academic as the reply brief of the appellants Babak Maharlouei and East End Anaesthesiologists, L.L.C., was timely filed.
