Motion by the appellant to hold in abeyance appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 22, 2016, and a judgment of the same court dated September 20, 2016, pending determination of an appeal from an order of the same court dated March 28, 2014, or, in the alternative, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals from the order dated February 22, 2016, and the judgment and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal from the order dated March 28, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals from the order dated February 22, 2016, and the judgment is granted, and the appellant's time to perfect those appeals is enlarged until September 18, 2017; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the order dated March 28, 2014 will be calendared together with the appeals from the order dated February 22, 2016, and the judgment, and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
