Application by the appellant City of New Rochelle pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated January 23, 2016. Separate application by the appellants Matthew C. Rizzetta and Daniela Rizzetta for the same relief.
