Application to be relieved as attorney for the child.
Upon the papers filed in support of the
application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that Edward W. Goehler, Esq., is relieved of
appointment as attorney for the child and Natalie B. Miner, Esq., 25 South Main Street, P.O. Box 310, Homer, NY 13077, is appointed in his
place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b), and it is further
ORDERED that the child be made available to the
attorney for the child as she may direct, and it is further
ORDERED that the attorney for child's time to file and serve the brief is
extended to August 23, 2017.
