Motion by Elsa Crites, as personal representative of the estate of Ray Crites, in effect, to calendar together appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 13, 2016, and February 7, 2017, respectively, and for an expedited briefing schedule.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to calendar the appeals together is granted, and the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for an expedited briefing schedule is denied as academic.
