| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant Lester Davis for leave to perfect his appeal separately from the appellants Castlepoint Insurance Company and Tower Insurance Company on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 18, 2016, and to enlarge the time to perfect his appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to perfect the appeal by the appellant Lester Davis separately from the appeal by the other appellants is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal by the appellant Lester Davis is held in abeyance pending resolution of the liquidation proceedings involving the appellant Castlepoint Insurance Company.
