ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the appellants M. Veras (Melissa Veras), Kunjuraman Chandramohan, and Franklin Hospital, on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered February 2, 2016, to substitute Robert Striffolino, as executor of the estate of Rose Mary Striffolino, for the deceased respondent Rose Mary Striffolino, to amend the caption accordingly, and to withdraw their appeal from the order.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED the application is granted, Robert Striffolino, as executor of the estate of Rose Mary Striffolino, is substituted for the deceased respondent Rose Mary Striffolino, and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeal by the appellants M. Veras (Melissa Veras), Kunjuraman Chandramohan, and Franklin Hospital, is marked withdrawn; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time of the appellant Norman Sveilich to perfect his appeal is enlarged until September 19, 2017, and the record or appendix on that appeal and the brief of the appellant Norman Sveilich shall be served and filed on or before that date.
