On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 21, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 12, 2016, and June 8, 2017, respectively, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto" and substituting therefor the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto."
