An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 5, 2017, And defendants-respondents Proskauer Rose, LLP. (M-2766) and The Trustees of Columbia University (M-2852) having moved, by separate motions, for an order (a) striking from the record Doc. Nos. 932-938 and 941-948 in Index No. 450287/16 and Doc. Nos. 544-551 in Index No. 60002/11, for violating the orders of this Court and containing scandalous material; (b) directing the New York County Clerk's office to revoke plaintiff's New York State Court Electronic Filing system (NYSCEF) credentials with respect to this and the related cases against defendants, including cases under N.Y. County Index Nos. 600002/11, 103331/12, 100389/13, and 450287/16; and (c) sanctioning plaintiff for his continuing abuse of the judicial system,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motions are denied, without prejudice to seeking such relief in Supreme Court, New York County.
