Motion by the appellant on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, one entered October 20, 2015, and two dated December 5, 2016, and December 15, 2016, respectively, to stay certain proceedings in the Family Court, Nassau County, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals. Application by the respondent Galit Abizadeh pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for a 90-day enlargement of time to serve and file briefs on the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the respondent Galit Abizadeh's time to serve and file briefs on the appeals is enlarged until September 25, 2017, the briefs shall be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
