Application by Richard M. Gordon, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on October 22, 2003, to change his name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Richard Marc Gordon.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Richard M. Gordon to Richard Marc Gordon, effective immediately.
