Motion by Sagaponack Realty, LLC, Sagaponack Ventures, LLC, and Marc Goldman for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 10, 2017, and to enjoin the defendants "from proceeding upon" a certain subdivision application.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
