| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Separate motions by the petitioner-respondent and the attorney for the child to dismiss appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated August 25, 2015, and March 29, 2016, respectively, on the ground that they have been rendered academic, or, in the alternative, to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to dismiss the appeals are held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to enlarge the movants' time to serve and file their respective briefs are granted, the time for the petitioner-respondent and the attorney for the child to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until August 25, 2017, and the briefs of the petitioner-respondent and the attorney for the child shall be served and filed on or before that date.
