Appeal by Gina Sanfratello from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated August 22, 2016.

ORDERED that Evan Tanenbaum, Esq., 503 Main Street, Port Jefferson, NY 11777, the attorney assigned by the Family Court, Suffolk County, to represent the child is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new attorney for the child herein assigned; and it is further,
