The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v David Duarte, Appellant.

Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered November 13, 2015, to continue the stay of execution of the judgment, which was granted by the Supreme Court, Kings County, on November 20, 2015, pending the determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the stay of execution of the judgment is extended pending the determination of the appeal upon the same conditions imposed by the Supreme Court, Kings County, on November 20, 2015.
