Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Suffolk County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, rendered September 12, 2016, to punish the Traffic Prosecutor and the Suffolk County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency for contempt for violating a temporary stay contained in an order to show cause of a justice of this court dated November 7, 2016.
