Appeal by Everts O.C. Silva from an order of the District Court, Suffolk County, dated June 5, 2017. Motion by Everts O.C. Silva pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 for a certificate granting leave to appeal from the order dated June 5, 2017.

ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated June 5, 2017, and the motion are transferred to the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts; and it is further,
