DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Brooklyn Lender, LLC, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order to show cause of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 12, 2017, and to stay enforcement of temporary restraining orders contained in the order to show cause, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
