| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to stay the oral examination of the infant plaintiff pursuant to General Municipal Law § 50-h, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 20, 2017, and to seal the record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to seal the record is granted, the papers filed in connection with this motion, which were sealed pending hearing and determination of the motion by an order to show cause of this Court dated June 14, 2017, are continued to be deemed to be filed under seal, and the record or appendix, all briefs, and all motions in connection with this appeal shall be filed in this Court under seal and shall remain sealed upon filing; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
