Application by Eleanor Dixon and Ethan Dixon, as co-administrators of the estate of Diana Dixon, on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated March 9, 2015, to be substituted for the deceased appellant-respondent Diana Dixon, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Eleanor Dixon and Ethan Dixon, as co-administrators of the estate of Diana Dixon, are substituted for the deceased appellant-respondent Diana Dixon, and the caption is amended accordingly.
