ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated July 20, 2017, in the above-entitled case, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 9, 2016, is amended by deleting from the third paragraph thereof the date "September 7, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "September 7, 2017."
