Motion by the petitioner-respondent, and separate motion by the attorney for the children Asia A. and Sharayah A., to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 25, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted, the time for the petitioner-respondent and the attorney for the children Asia A. and Sharayah A. to serve and file their respective briefs on the appeal is enlarged until September 5, 2017, and the briefs shall be served and filed on or before that date.
