ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated July 19, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated June 6, 2017, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Kings County" and substituting therefor the words "Queens County"
