DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant pro se on an appeal from a decision of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated November 25, 2016, and an order of the same court dated January 3, 2017, to continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated March 16, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the appeal be perfected on or before October 6, 2017. Appellant shall comply with the other conditions contained in this court's decision and order on motion dated March 16, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event that any of the above conditions are not met, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move to dismiss the appeal on three days' notice.
Appellant is advised to seek the assistance of counsel in perfecting the appeal. No further applications by appellant pro se to continue the stay shall be entertained.
