Application by the respondents Town of Orangetown and Town of Orangetown Planning Board, and separate application by the respondent Route 304, LLC, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated January 3, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted, the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until September 8, 2017, and the respondents' briefs shall be served and filed on or before that date.
