| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Alan Ross, an attorney and counselor-at-law, was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on July 19, 1995, under the name Arkady Dynin.
On the Court's own motion and pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1240.21(a), it is
ORDERED that Steven J. Maffei, 544 Bay Ridge Parkway, Brooklyn, New York 11209, is hereby appointed as inventory attorney (1) to take custody of and inventory the files of Alan Ross, an attorney, including any original wills, (2) to take custody of and safeguard the records of any business, escrow, trust, or special bank account of the attorney, (3) to receive, open, and read mail addressed to the attorney at his regular place of business, and (4) to take such action as is deemed proper and advisable to protect the interests of the clients of the attorney.
