| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Jayne M. Silletti, as executor of the estate of Rosemary Murphy, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated September 30, 2014, to be substituted for the deceased respondent Rosemary Murphy, to amend the caption accordingly, and pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2), to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Jayne M. Silletti, as executor of the estate of Rosemary Murphy, is substituted for the deceased respondent Rosemary Murphy, and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 6, 2017, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
