Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file a brief on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered February 26, 2016, and to enlarge the appellants' time to serve and file reply briefs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the application which is to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 11, 2017, and the respondents' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
