On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated July 24, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated January 25, 2017, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Westchester County" and substituting therefor the words "Kings County."
